A passionate and versatile performer and director, Simone French holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts - Acting (Victorian College of the Arts) and a Bachelor of Arts - Criminology & Theatre Studies (University of Melbourne). She has her AMEB Grade 7 Singing and trained in Musical Theatre at Showfit.
Her coaching experience includes working at HotHouse Theatre and devising the Musical Junk Yard, teaching Hip Hop & Devising for Theatre at Box Hill Community Arts, devising and writing music for adults with a disability for DVA Theatre, teaching Biomechanics for Übermensch Theatre, Animal Character Workshops at the Benalla Performing Arts Centre, Dance and Drama at Stage School Australia and facilitating Shakespeare workshops at Adult Multicultural Education Services (AMES) .
Simone's currently runs an pop acapella choir and has conducted MacFarland Singers at Melbourne University.
